Ep 219. The One with Princess Week

CATCH THE SHOW HERE!!

In the 219th episode of The Main Street Electrical Podcast, Jenn is on a ship (because she's a Celebrity) so Dave and Kyla take the reins this time around in a conversation much longer than we intended...

But we talk about a LOT... Kyla just got back, while Dave has another 5K in the works...

Then the list of news includes losing the California Adventure trolley... Death Eaters back in Universal... Epic Universe's new hotel... Disney Destiny's news... Polynesian Island Tower's opening... Big Thunder's possible closing...

And finally, to celebrate World Princess Week, the duo chats about the original Disney Princess Lineup, who was kicked out, who are the newbies, who qualifies and who doesn't.  And why Princess Leia and Anastacia aren't official.

Then, they rank them from top to bottom - same opinions on some, differing on others - and we hope you enjoy this comprehensive Princess chat!

Ep 119. The One with the Disney Princesses

LISTEN TO THE SHOW HERE!!

In the 119th episode of The Main Street Electrical Podcast, Jenn & Dave celebrate World Princess Week!  We aren't sure if its a Disney thing or it's an actual thing thing, but either way, we are turning our attention to the Disney characters that wear the crowns, have the castles, fire the arrows, swing the swords, cook the beignets, read the books, screech into the well, befriend the critters, and more.

The show kicks off with more Costa Rica prep from Jenn, as she is headed out soon, while d$ gets to help create a magical moment for a fellow Upon a Star Agent... plus get more shirts and more LEGOs. Because he needs that.

Then, a look at the the demise of H20 toiletries, and then a look at the tweaks made to Park Pass Reservations.

Finally, the Disney Princesses take centerstage... Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Rapunzel, Tiana, Moana, Merida, Pocahontas, Mulan, and the newest Princess-elect, Raya... we chat about the history of "The Disney Princess" label, the characters that were princesses before (and were replaced), and each one added.

Then, we just list our fave Disney Princess movies... songs... attractions based around them... who has the best sidekicks... who has the best Prince... and characters that could be -- and maybe should be -- an official Disney princess.

And our thoughts on whether Leia should be an official Disney Princess....
