Ep 255. The One with Disneyland's 70th

LISTEN TO THE SHOW!!

In the 255th episode of The Main Street Electrical Podcast, Jenn & Dave are still feeling the magical glow of a recent Disneyland trip - and to recap and review, it's time to bring in fan fave, #KylaKylaKyla!

First, a little WDW news with the closing announcement of Rivers of American and Liberty Belle, and then the Boneyard in Animal Kingdom, then over to the West Coast!

The trio chats up World of Color... the 70th Celebration Tour... Paint the Night... Carthay Circle... Pixar Place... The Grand Californian Resort... the rides... the snacks... the merch... and Dave's walk down a desolate street on the backside of the parks. (suggestion - dont do this!)

Ep 219. The One with Princess Week

CATCH THE SHOW HERE!!

In the 219th episode of The Main Street Electrical Podcast, Jenn is on a ship (because she's a Celebrity) so Dave and Kyla take the reins this time around in a conversation much longer than we intended...

But we talk about a LOT... Kyla just got back, while Dave has another 5K in the works...

Then the list of news includes losing the California Adventure trolley... Death Eaters back in Universal... Epic Universe's new hotel... Disney Destiny's news... Polynesian Island Tower's opening... Big Thunder's possible closing...

And finally, to celebrate World Princess Week, the duo chats about the original Disney Princess Lineup, who was kicked out, who are the newbies, who qualifies and who doesn't.  And why Princess Leia and Anastacia aren't official.

Then, they rank them from top to bottom - same opinions on some, differing on others - and we hope you enjoy this comprehensive Princess chat!

Ep 103. The One with Dave in Disneyland

LISTEN TO THE EPISODE HERE!!

In the 103rd episode of The Main Street Electrical Podcast, Jenn & Dave are in the middle of two trips -- with Dave just getting back from Disneyland and Jenn headed to Disney World!

They talk all about the newly announced return of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party... the MagicBand+ release... ideas on combating merch pirates... and to celebrate May the 4th Be With You, they do a quick chat on their fave Star Wars films...

Then, Dave runs through the highlights of Disneyland, including World of Color, The Main Street Electrical Parade, Web Slingers, Avengers Campus, food at Pym's Kitchen, that pickle dog, and the rides that go over way more smoothly than their WDW counterparts.

042. The One with Cameron Matthews

LISTEN TO THE EPISODE HERE

On the 42nd episode of The Main Street Electrical Podcast, Jenn & Dave show off WDW shirts and Birthday Magic Bands, then jump on some news -- Universal's Epic Universe, Disney's mask policy, A Touch of California Adventure, and more.

Then Cameron Matthews joins the show, and tells his Disney story of becoming a Cast Member, working Streetsmosphere in Hollywood, behind the scenes on American Idol Experience, some Hoop de Doo, tons of Disney stuff, helping Cast Members, and his new entertainment venture.

039. The One with the Disney Couples

LISTEN TO OUR SHOW HERE

In the 39th episode of The Main Street Electrical Podcast, Jenn & Dave celebrate the show's first Valentine's Day by talking a little about their own V-Day events.

Then a little Disney planning, and the answer to where "I'm going to Disneyland!" actually came from.  (hint -- it involves Jane Eisner, Phil Simms, a flight around the world, and the Plaza Inn)

Then some news bits, about Tom Sawyer Island and the Liberty Belle... the Epcot War Memorial... California Adventure's 20th anniversary... Rated R Marvel... possible CM returns to World Showcase... Volcano Bay opening, and much to Jenn's chagrin, Barney closing.

Finally, both Jenn Jenn & Dave give their Top 10 Fave Disney Couples (though Dave may have more than 10...). From the standards (Flynn! Anna!) to the deep pulls (George! Ursula!) to the ones we aren't even sure are couples ("Okay, so maybe they aren't, but they should be" - Jenn) and even some volcanoes and some hats. And Troy Bolton and Gabrielle Montez.
